information underload

yikes! so i'm trying to figure out
what in the world has msg in it.
everyone instantly thinks of soy sauce
or "chinese" food....but the doc included
"overly processed" foods in my "no"
list. so what does this mean??

well, today i began searching the world
wide web for answers and was shocked
at how little information there is that
is very helpful. oh sure, there's broad
information. but i'm the type of person
that needs lists....like "the following foods
are known to contain msg:
soy sauce
american cheese
white bread
etc."

that's what i'm looking for...sort of a cheat
sheet, quick guide that i can refer to when
i'm preparing my grocery list and planning
meals.

so any suggestions??? please give 'em to me.

i definitely need help. :)

Here are a few links I found that look helpful. I also got to the resturant sites and click on nutrition or ingredients and find what is in each item. I have them printed off and in a book in my car so I always know what is safe to eat. You will need to start reading labels, one of the links below list ingredients that ALWAYS have MSG in them. Good Luck!!
